FAQ
What is the average investment for your videography services?
I offer various video packages and extras to suit your needs. My starting prices are around €3000 including VAT for elopement shootings. For more detailed information, please contact me and I’ll send you my videography brochure.
How much time in advance should we enquire and book you?
As soon as you have a confirmed booking with the venue. Couples usually contact me 1-2 years before their wedding. If you want to really choose your wedding suppliers, the earlier you contact, the better!
How can we check your availability?
That’s as easy as filling out the contact form and I will respond to you in less than 24 hours.
How does the booking process work?
Once I confirm my availability for your wedding date, I like to schedule a video call to get to know each other and discuss your wedding plans. I’ll also take this opportunity to send you the contract template for your review. If everything looks good, we can sign it, and I’ll send you the invoice for the booking deposit. I’ll confirm the booking via email as soon as I receive the deposit payment. No date will be formally reserved until the deposit payment has been received.
What is your payment schedule?
I will usually send you an invoice for the booking deposit and another one for the remaining balance. The final payment for my wedding videography services must be made before the wedding date. I will send you the final invoice one month prior to the wedding.
Will we receive any guidance in front of the camera during our wedding day?
Every couple is different, and I’ll adapt to your needs in front of the camera. I like to subtly guide the shooting so that everything flows naturally, allowing me to capture unforced, candid moments.
How many videos will we receive?
Most of my packages include a short video with the best moments of the day (3-4 minutes), a longer wedding video (12-15 minutes), and videos with the full speeches. In addition, I can also edit a 1-minute teaser video that I will adapt vertically for your social media if you include it in your video package.
Do you offer vertical teasers for social media?
Yes, the 1-minute teaser is available as an extra to all my video packages and is delivered one week after the wedding in both widescreen and vertical versions for social media. You can see examples of these videos on my portfolio page.
Do you offer Content Creation service?
Yes. Content creation services are available and carried out by a videographer using an iPhone. In case you’re looking for a Content Creator I highly recommend using our in-house CC alternative. All the iPhone raw footage will be delivered within the first 12h after the wedding.
Are you willing to work alongside external Content Creators?
I highly recommend using our in-house content creator. This way I can easily organize both shootings and preserve the integrity, maintain consistency and ensure a smooth workflow throughout the day of the main video and photo productions. We’ve had bad experiences in the past with external content creators and if you really want to have a particular content creator I will need to know who they are before confirming my availability.
What kind of equipment do you use on the wedding day?
When shooting a wedding I always use two identical cameras, each of them records simultaneously on two cards for security reasons. My filming equipment is Sony Cinema Line and I use high-end GM lenses. All combined to achieve exceptional 4K image quality.
What are the requirements for flying drones at my wedding?
Drone flying is regulated in Spain and you need to have a license and the appropriate permits to fly in each location. I will check the flight requirements as soon as I know your wedding venue.
Do you provide your camera raw files?
No. Unfortunately the camera raw footage is never sent to couples because that’s precisely what it is: unprocessed, uncleaned camera footage. The edited videos you receive always contain the best images from your wedding day, to which I’ve applied color grading and various effects until I get to the processed image that represents my style. Camera raw footage hasn’t been selected or processed in any way, and in many cases, it won’t even open on a standard computer because the files are too large.
